A 1 hour timer, ready to go
Press start and this timer counts down 1 hour (60 minutes). The coloured disc shrinks as time passes, so you can see how much is left from across the room. When time is up, an alarm rings until you tap the screen.

How to use it
- Press start. The countdown begins straight away.
- Tap full screen for a big display.
- Pause at any time, and press reset to start over.
Need a different time? Tap a chip such as 1 min, 2 min, 3 min or type any time on the countdown timer. For focused work sessions with breaks, try the study timer.
Questions and answers
Can I change the time from 1 hour?
Yes. Tap another chip or type a new time in Settings. Your change is remembered on this device.
Will the alarm ring if I switch tabs?
Yes. The alarm is scheduled on your device’s audio clock and plays on time in a background tab. Most phones pause sound when the screen locks, so the timer keeps the screen awake.
Is there a timer for other lengths?
Yes: 1 minutes, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, plus a countdown for any time you like.
